Data is temporarily stored in the Cloud on our private server. A sms text notification can be sent with just a push of a button. Once the data is safely downloaded to all recipients, it is erased from the server permanently. Data is encrypted from start to finish since the server is private *.

Filter and select blocks of data to the Reports Page

Last review of your data, select E‑Mail Recipients, make the .Cdex file (click a button) then 'Send'

The data is stored in a private location on the Calandex III web site and,
the following 3 E-Mails with an HTML copy of the data (optional) is sent out immediately:

to Registered Recipients
to expired Registrars ‑ telling them the .Cdex formatted file available for 30 days,
to never Registered ‑ advertising the Calandex III collated for input .Cdex

Import Information:

Connect to the internet and Press the 'Import' Button.

All Imported File(s) attached to your Registered E‑Mail Address are presented.
They are put in your default Import Folder: \Calandex III\Files\Import\

Select, Compare and Edit the downloaded File(s), then Import to your DataBase. .

Warning: SSL Encrytion is safe only until it gets to the Recipients Mail Box on a Web Site.
Be careful of free E‑Mail Boxes, such as .gmail, .hotmail, .outlook, etc. These are vulnerable to Big tech and Government Censors.
This is why they are free, they sell your info and/or use it for their nefarious purposes.
There are some free end to end encryption messaging services available such as 'Signal'.

The Calandex Project offers Plans that include private E‑Mail addresses.

Note: End to End Encryption (EE2E) exists, but it is expensive and most Web Hosts don't offer it
(free exists, with restrictions and probably ads).

Registration does not require a credit card, only an E‑Mail Address and a Name (which could be fake).

Credit Card info is not stored on our site.
The Credit Card Form is created in memory within the Calandex III Application.
It is encrypted and sent directly to the Credit Card Gateway.

You add a name, to the Registration, but it can be fake.
