Contact the Calandex Support Group for Registration problems. Go to the Calandex Web Site or use the E-Mail link below: www.Calandex.com calandexsupport@Calandex.com Notes and Tips: Each Calandex III Application is registered separately on it's Computer. It uses the Windows Environment Variable 'USERNAME' to document each signed on User. This can be the User Account Name but not necessarily (see Windows documentation to tell the allowable values). However it doesn't matter what the value is as long as it differentiates the signed in Users. You can create any companion Alias that you want which will automatically appear as the author of the entered data. The Author will also be part of the unique 'Share Name' (see the appropriate Help File), Use your Notepad and right-click to copy data such as Names, Addresses and Phone Numbers from the Internet, E-Mail In Box or other sources to your Notepad, then Paste to the Calandex III in Edit Mode. Press dB and go to the MVDB, then check 'Subjects or Groups', and Find By 'Phone', now when your phone rings, punch in the last 4 numbers on your caller ID. You will know instantly who is calling or that it is an unknown caller (telemarketer ?). At the end of the day, Export any new contacts from your cell phone in the .vcf format and save it in your \Calandex III\CdexFiles\CdexImport Folder. Use an Import Button to enter this into your MVDB DataBase. Add any Notes to these entries while fresh in your mind. Also, enroll them in any pertinent Groups that exist in your MVDB. When adding data to the MVDB, use the Tab key to move around. Especially in the Address Record of the MVDB since leaving the City Field may automatically set the State and/or Zip Code Field. When using Notes, Editing can only be done in the right pane. When searching for data, look for the cursor in the right pane. The Notepad is very useful here. Files remain in the Private Storage Location on the Internet for as long as 30 days. They are immediately deleted if there are no active Recipients. Thank you for using the Calandex III.
