    The this view shows the Data after the .Cdex File has been made and put in the Export Folder.
  • Combine Events and MVDB data to Export to the Calandex Internet Private Storage where it is waiting for the designated Recipients to Import - those checked under Send Calandex File (.Cdex) ....).
  • The 'Add' Button (disabled since the .Cdex File has been made and sent to the Export Folder) allows you to continue to add Exported Data before the .Cdex File is made.
  • An E-Mail will also be sent with the Data if a Box is checked under: Send E-Mails to E-Mail Boxes. if This Box is unchecked the Sent E-Mail will just be a Notification without any Data.
    • Make a final review of the Data to Send.
    • Check the Calandex .Cdex Box & Select E-Mail recipients
    • The Box under .Cdex (left most) will receive Calandex Formated Data to Import.
    • The Box under E-Mails will receive E-Mails with the Data. When left unchecked when the .Cdex column is checked, the Client will receive a Notification E-Mail but it will not contain any Data.
    • You can then send .txt messages to checked Cell phones to Notify Recipients.
    •   E-Mails listed here are in the Group and all it's members. Note: All you need to Export is the Group to get all the E-Mail Addresses of the Group and all it's Members listed here.
        A Button is provided to access the rest of the E-Mails in the Calandex program.
        You can also enter addresses in the Box provided.
    • Select Phone numbers and Send a notification text message to all the checked Cell Phone Numbers if you desire. Also check Include Return Cell # in txt msg if you desire. Note: This must be enabled on your About/Register Page.
  • Create Go and Send the .Cdex File ( a collated Calandex III Import Formated File containing the Data and Recipient E-Mail Addresses).
  • Create .txt, .rtf, .html and/or .E-Mail Files from this data for local use.
      The E-Mail selection creates a .txt File and presents it in your default E-Mail Composer.
  • Open a File, Each File type has it's own Calandex III\Folder.
  • Create Standard vCard File (.vcf) File for input to Smart Phones.
  • Access and Send an E-Mail message using your default E-Mail Client Application.
  • Send a text message to selected Cell Phones.
