All Calandex III external Files are located in the \Calandex III\ Directory (usually, Home Drive = c:)
Unless you changed it during the Installation Setup.
The Calandex III Database File is an .Sqlite3 Database named Calandex III.sqlite3 (the same basic underlying Database as your smart phone).
It can be copied and put in any folder you like so you can have more than one database to make active. You chose your active Database on the Set Up Page.
All the Calandex III Files required to interface with the active Program are located in the: \Calandex III\ Directory.
\Calandex DataBase\ This is the default folder for the active Database when the Calandex III is activated
(see the ReadMe file below).
\CdexFiles\ These are files external to the program which are interactively used during Program execution.
Do not change these files, leave them alone or you could cause the program to crash.
\CdexExport\ When you make a .Cdex File to Export to the Calandex III Internet Private Server,
the File is automatically named to your Share Name plus the date plus .Cdex and stored here..
\ActivedB This folder contains small text files that refer to the active Database from which the .Cdex File was created.
\ExportSent When the .Cdex File is sent to the Server, it is moved from the \Export\ Folder to here.
\EmlData When a .Cdex File is created in the Reports Page, a file with the same name as the .Cdex file except with the TLD changed to .Emal contains all the Recipients E-Mail
Addresses plus a first letter code that determines what data each Recipient gets. They can get the formatted .Cdex File, an E-Mail Data and/or E-Mail notification.
\BaseTxt This file is the same name as the .Cdex File and contains all the information necessary to
recreate the .Cdex File on the Reports Page so that it can be compared to a .Cdex file that you want to ReSend located in the \ExportSent\
Folder with the same name. This is done to notify you of any changes that may have occurred from when the Original File was sent out.
\ExportRcvd\ When the .Cdex File is Exported to the Server, a text file with the same name except the TLD is now .txt is
returned from the Server with information about you attempted Export. This file is for your information only, and you can delete if if you desire. However,
you must keep the folder and folder name intact.
\UniteRcvd\ A .txt File with the name: your Share Name plus the date has information about the attempted upload or download of a
Unite to be free Activity Group. You can do what you want with this file, it will not be used again. However, the information may be valuable later. You could cut and past the info
into a General Note if an Activity Group was created.
\CdexImport\ When you press the 'Import' Button an a File will be downloaded and disected to the following parts:
Each File that was originally sent by someone to you will be separated and stored here waiting for you to Import it to your Calandex III Database.
An information text file named: ImportResult plus the date downloaded plus .txt is put in folder: \ImportRcvd\. This file documents the Import actions as well as
What files were sent and who sent them.
Each separate File sent to the private Server that has you as the Receiver, is concatenated and added to an information file and downloaded as one formatted text file.
Then each separate .Cdex file is separated and put in this Import directory. Each file can then be compared with current like data, edited, and installed in the DataBase.
\ImportRcvd\ An information text file named: ImportResult plus the date downloaded plus .txt is put in this folder folder
each time the 'Import' button is pressed. This file documents the Import actions as well as What files were sent and who sent them.
\ImportProcessed\ When an Imported file in the \CdexImport\ folder is processed into the Calandex III DataBase,
it is moved and put into this Folder if the User decides that he is through with the file.
\ImportPhnCarr\ When a Text Message is sent to Cell Phone(s), a status text File named RsultPhn.txt is returned and
contains your registration status, The phone number(s) texted, and the Message sent. If this is the first time that a Phone number has been texted from the
Calandex III, a File named txtRsult.txt is returned for this Phone with information about having to go to the Internet to identify the Mobile Carrier.
Once the Carrier has been identified, it is stored on a local look up table so that you do not have to go to the Internet for the Carrier ID.
Also, if a Cell Phone is deleted or changed, the server is notified and the local lookup data is deleted. This file documents the action taken.
\Register\ When you Register the Calandex III for Internet Cloud Sharing, a text File named rsultReg.txt is
